When thinkwell approached Wapiti, they had a website that had a specific visual appeal. It was artsy and fun but was missing clear calls to action, and many customers had difficulty figuring out how to purchase directly from them. All purchases and order fulfillment were managed manually. Erik Johnson, thinkwell's owner, had a clear vision for growth, and their website was the first step in this process.
Wapiti used Erik's personality and desires to build a brand new website experience - one that maintained the craftsmanship of thinkwell's coffee roasting business but also brought in common eCommerce principles to make purchasing easy for shoppers. We added subscriptions to the site, which were immediately taken to by thinkwell's customers. On the back end, we connected the shipping platform already in use to automate order fulfillment.
